Where we ship and which service goes where
In short
Teleship services cover EU27, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE and Saudi Arabia. DHL Express Worldwide extends DDP delivery to 200+ countries; DHL Economy Select covers 39 European countries including Switzerland, Norway and Turkey. Everything is DDP.

Behind these services sit 40+ last-mile carriers (USPS and regional carriers in the US, national posts and UPS across Europe, local partners elsewhere); the app picks the right one per lane.
*Business days after hand-over to Royal Mail/DHL; the date shown at checkout also adds your dispatch time (Delivery times by service and destination).
Not covered by Teleship services (use DHL or don't offer): territories outside the EU VAT area — Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, French overseas departments, Greenland, Faroe Islands, Åland, Channel Islands. Embargoed countries are never available (Prohibited items).
Temporary suspensions: a lane can be paused (airline capacity, security events — e.g. UAE/KSA were paused during Middle-East airspace closures). The dashboard banner in Orders announces it; the service disappears from checkout for that country while paused (Route suspensions and service updates).
Origin: dispatch from Great Britain. Northern Ireland businesses: contact support before signing up. Merchants based in the EU or US are not onboarded yet.
