7. Who we share your personal data with

We routinely share personal data with:

  • third parties we use to help deliver our services to you, e.g. payment service providers, fulfillment centers, and delivery companies

  • other third parties we use to help us run our business, e.g. marketing agencies and analytics providers for our website, apps, and APIs

  • our cloud storage and infrastructure providers such as AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Google Cloud, both of which adhere to appropriate safeguards

Where we transfer your personal data outside the UK we do so on the basis of an adequacy regulation or, where this is not available, legally-approved standard data protection clauses recognised or issued further to Article 46(2) of the UK GDPR.

Where we transfer your personal data outside the EEA, we do so on the basis of an adequacy decision or, where this is not available, legally-approved standard data protection clauses issued further to Article 46(2) of the EU GDPR.
