With Teleship your store stays the seller and your checkout stays yours; Teleship represents you for the duties and taxes, for no platform fee.

    What happens to my international sales and payouts?

    With Managed Markets your international orders become B2B sales to Global-e under a self-billing agreement, settled in GBP, and refunds are not yet available for UK stores. With Teleship you sell to your customer directly, as today, and are billed the shipping, duties and taxes per label.

    Can I offer a cheaper service than express?

    Yes. Managed Markets ships DHL Express or FedEx only. Teleship adds Teleship Standard DDP from £9.00 to Germany, with DHL Economy Select and DHL Express on the same account when speed matters. Teleship rates at checkout need carrier-calculated shipping (Shopify Grow or above).
