    Who handles IOSS?

    Teleship. EU orders up to €150 are cleared under IOSS and orders above €150 under Teleship's VAT registration, with the VAT and duty collected and settled by Teleship. Easyship has no IOSS service: you register for your own number and enter it.

    Is duty-paid delivery limited to express couriers?

    No. Teleship Standard DDP is an economy service, tracked and duty-paid to all 39 markets, with DHL Express on the same account when speed matters. Nothing ships duties unpaid by default.

    Is duties-at-checkout a paid tier, and are the figures guaranteed?

    It is included on every rate, and guaranteed. On Shopify it needs carrier-calculated shipping rates (Shopify Grow or above). You are billed in pounds, per parcel, with no monthly plan.
