Does Teleship take a percentage of my orders?

No. Teleship is free: no subscription, no setup fee, no fee per parcel and no percentage of your sales. You pay for shipping only, in pounds.

Who is the merchant of record and who files the taxes?

Your store stays the seller. Teleship represents you for the import duties and taxes: EU orders up to €150 are cleared under IOSS and orders above €150 under Teleship's VAT registration, and duties are settled with the label everywhere else. Nothing to register or file abroad, and nothing filed in your name.

What about returns?

Involuntary returns come back to you for the outbound price plus a £2 customs reversal, with EU VAT refunded. EU return labels are available on request.
