YesYes. What your customer paid at checkout is what Teleship pays at import; nothing is charged at delivery.

YesEvery EU parcel is cleared under IOSS (orders up to €150) or under Teleship's VAT registration (above €150). No overseas VAT registration, no VAT returns or filings abroad.

    Switching

What changes when you move from EAS.

Do I still need an IOSS plan?

No. With Teleship, EU orders up to €150 are cleared under IOSS and orders above €150 under Teleship's VAT registration, with no monthly plan and no per-order filing fee. EAS registers you for IOSS and files the returns, from €19.90 a month plus per-order fees.

What about the €3 EU duty?

Teleship calculates it per product with the VAT, adds both to your checkout and settles them at import. With EAS, IOSS covers the VAT only: the duty is handled by your carrier or EAS EU DDP, and EAS does not add it to your checkout.

Can I ship beyond the EU, or faster?

Yes. Teleship Standard DDP covers 39 markets, including the US, Canada and Australia, and DHL Express covers 224 destinations, all duty-paid on one account. EAS EU DDP is one postal route from the UK to the EU.
