Allow longer in peak season (mid-November to early January) and during customs holds.
- The date shown at checkout and on tracking = your configured dispatch time (Settings, Part 3) + the lane's promised transit. The promise is deliberately conservative (NL is typically 4–5 days, promised 6), so most parcels arrive early. If your customers see dates that look long, shorten your dispatch time — not the transit.
- Business days exclude UK and destination public holidays.
- A parcel is late once the promised date has passed with no delivery. Then see Tracking hasn't moved for days / held in customs.
- Dates are estimates, not guarantees; no compensation is paid for lateness alone.
