Connect WooCommerce, Magento, ShipStation, Metapack, or the API

WooCommerce

• Install the Teleship plugin, sign-up or log in, and complete the same settings as in Set up the Shopify app in 20 minutes — step by step (shipper details, dispatch time, packaging, billing).
• Customer Checkout Rates are rules: each rule maps destination countries to a Teleship service. A rule pointing a country at a service that doesn't serve it returns no rate — split countries into separate rules (e.g. EU27/AU/NZ/SG/HK/CA/AE/SA → Teleship DDP Tracked, US → Teleship DDP Tracked or USPS Postal DDP, EU Region → DHL Economy Select, Rest of world → DHL Express Worldwide).
• No rate at checkout? The request usually reached us. Check the rule/service pairing, that the product has weight + HS code + origin, and that the address is complete.
• If API calls fail after installing, send support the time it started, the affected action (product edit, checkout, API) and the exact error. Test with the plugin disabled once, on a staging copy if you can.

Magento / Adobe Commerce

• Install the extension, then connect via OAuth from Settings → Integrations. If the connection reports TELESHIP_OAUTH_CLIENT_ID is not set, the app-side credentials are missing — email support with your store URL and extension version; don't invent an ID.
• A successful connection does not by itself mean rates will return: dispatch country (must be GB), destination, product data and service access are checked separately.

ShipStation / ShipStation API / Metapack / ShipHero

• Teleship appears as a carrier option in carrier portfolio. Log in → Settings → Integrations (API key). Rates and labels are requested per shipment; product data (HS code, origin, weight) must be present on the order lines you send.

Any other system, 3PL or WMS

• REST API with order import, rate, label, tracking and webhook endpoints; docs and sandbox credentials from hello@teleship.com. Typical integration takes a couple of days. Enterprise/3PL accounts can inject pre-sorted parcels into the hub and skip Royal Mail (see Dispatch options: Post Office, Royal Mail collection, DHL pickup, hub injection).
