Value, size, and weight limits by service
In short
Teleship DDP delivery services: up to 20 kg per parcel, up to 61 × 46 × 46 cm without surcharge (up to 100 cm long with the £13 handling surcharge), and a shipment value of up to $800 to the US and €1,000 to the EU (or currency equivalent).
DHL services: up to 30 kg and higher values.
- The value tested is the intrinsic value of the goods in the order (after discounts, before shipping), converted to the limit's currency at our daily rate — so an order can be under the limit in GBP and over it in USD.
- Over the limit → no route at checkout and no label in the app. Options: offer DHL Express Worldwide for high-value parcels, or split into two orders/parcels (each with its own accurate items and label; ask support before splitting a single high-value item).
- Never reduce the declared value to qualify. Customs holds, Fines and seizures follow undervaluation, and no claim can be paid on an undervalued parcel (you are liable).
- B2B and wholesale are out of scope regardless of value (B2B, wholesale, and high-value shipments).
