Buying labels one at a time or in bulk
In short
Buy one label from any order, or select many orders and Purchase labels to get one merged PDF (Shopify today; other platforms later). Turn on Packing slips in Settings to add an items page behind each label.
- Bulk: select orders → Purchase labels. Each order is booked individually; the app then merges all labels into one PDF and keeps individual PDFs on each shipment. If one order fails (missing HS code, value over limit, restricted item), the others still succeed — the failed one is flagged with the reason. Fix it and buy again; don't re-run the batch until you've checked which orders already have a label (Shipments view).
- Packing slip: an optional second page per parcel with product name, variant (size/colour) and SKU — for picking and packing accuracy. Not a customs document; it carries no prices.
- Top-up balance avoids one card charge per label when bulk-buying (Pricing, fees, and how you pay).
- Label format: PDF, A6/4×6" thermal or A4. Reprint any time from Shipments.
