Teleship is a B2C service: parcels to private consumers. B2B shipments — wholesale, orders to retailers or distributors, samples to businesses, anything the buyer imports for resale — are not supported, including under DDP; the tax and importer-of-record mechanics (IOSS, MoR) don't apply to them.
