PO boxes, military and remote addresses
In short
US PO boxes: yes, on USPS Postal DDP Tracked (postal clearance); Teleship DDP Tracked (commercial clearance) cannot deliver to PO boxes. Everywhere else: use a street address; PO box acceptance varies by last-mile carrier and we'll check on request. APO/FPO/DPO military addresses: not supported. Parcel lockers (Packstation, InPost etc.): where the last-mile carrier operates them — enter the locker as the address exactly as the carrier requires, and ask us if unsure.
Remote areas: served at the standard rate on Teleship services (no remote-area surcharge), though some islands and remote postcodes can be slower; DHL applies its remote-area fee in the quote.
