Rate guarantees and how often rates change

Rates aren't locked. Teleship rates change at most about once a month (FX and fuel); DHL rates weekly. The current UK on-demand table is linked from teleship.com/pricing. Contract accounts get a fixed rate card for the contract term. For pre-orders see Pre-orders, delayed fulfilment, and rate changes.
