Invoices, cost reports, top-up balance
In short
app.teleship.com → Account → Settings → Billing. Invoices tab: pick a date range → Export CSV for a per-shipment cost report; individual invoices/receipts are listed with download links, bulk download available. Top-up balance and its history are on the same page; unused balance is refundable on request.
- Each label is one charge (captured at first scan) or one balance debit, with a receipt; monthly statements are available for larger accounts.
- Invoices are issued by Teleship Limited. International transport is zero-rated for UK VAT, so no UK VAT appears on the shipping charge; foreign duties and taxes are shown as disbursements. Your export sales are zero-rated too — keep the Teleship invoice and tracking as proof of export.
- Duties and taxes appear as separate lines from shipping on every receipt, so your accountant can treat them as disbursements.
- Adjustments (Billable-weight adjustments after dispatch) and return charges (Returns: costs, what is refunded, EU return labels) appear as separate lines against the original shipment.
