My parcel is late or hasn't moved

International parcels often show no update for 2–5 business days while they move between hubs or clear customs — this does not mean it's lost. Typical delivery is 4–6 business days to Western Europe (6–9 to other markets), 5–7 to the US (7–11 by the postal service), and 2–5 by DHL Express; longer in December. If there has been no movement for more than 5 business days, or the estimated date has passed, email cs@teleship.com with your TS number. We investigate with the carrier and keep you updated; your store can also raise it for you.
