Tracking my order

Your store's shipping email contains a tracking number starting with TS (e.g. TSGBUS…). Enter it at teleship.com/tracking. The page shows every step from the UK to your door and, once your parcel is in your country, the name of the local delivery company and their own tracking number — use that for delivery-day details, redelivery or pickup-point options.
