What is Teleship?
Teleship is a cross-border shipping service tailored to eCommerce businesses. Our mission is to help online retailers to grow internationally, by simplifying your cross-border shipping procedures, catering needs of speed, affordability, and convenience. We deliver your orders from overseas marketplaces through a network of last mile delivery partners.
How do I track my package?
Teleship enables you to track delivery end-to-end. Visit teleship.com/tracking and use your tracking ID to track your package.
Who will deliver my package?
Teleship receives packages from your overseas shippers, and takes care of bringing it to your destination country. Last mile delivery is done by premium domestic carriers in your country of destination. To know which carrier delivers your package, visit teleship.com/tracking, search for your tracking ID, and Teleship will provide details about your domestic last mile carrier.
Do I need to pay for import duties or taxes?
No, Teleship guarantees that you will never have anything to pay on reception of your order. Teleship takes care of importing the package in your destination region, but collects the import duties and taxes from shippers directly.
Who is the importer of record on my order?
In most cases, you (as the end-consignee) is the importer of record. However, we guarantee that despite being the importer of record, you never have to pay for import duties and taxes (as these are collected upfront from the shipper).
How do I return a package?
Contact the overseas retailer. Teleship offers returns, but retailers need to have it setup with Teleship before being able to use the service.
My Package is delayed or hasn't arrived. Where is it?
Whilst we strive to give a swift service, execeptions occur. Contact us at cs@teleship.com and we'll work to promptly resolve the matter.
