Teleship is a cross-border shipping service tailored to eCommerce businesses. Our mission is to enable online retailers to grow internationally, by simplifying your cross-border shipping procedures, catering needs of speed, affordability, and convenience. We deliver your orders swiftly through a network of last mile logistics partners.
Who will be delivering my package?
We partner with some of your well-established carriers in your domestic market to deliver your overseas order. For your specific package, you can find who is delivering your package by tracking your package on www.teleship.com/tracking.
Will I have to pay duties or taxes on reception of my package.
No, we guarantee that you have to pay nothing on reception of your package. We work with shippers to directly collect that money from them.
Who is the importer of record for my package?
In most cases, the end-consignee (you) is the importer of record. However, some edge cases happen, where your retailer may opt to be the importer of record. In any case, you will not be asked to pay for import duties and taxes on delivery of your package.
How do I return my package?
Reach out to the seller/shipper. Teleship offers returns solutions but your seller/shipper must have opted in for that service in advance.
